Deborah is from Nicaragua where she earned a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing. She worked for 17 years with the Nicaragua Ministry of Health in several capacities including program coordinator for children's health, women's health clinic, midwifery, Nursing manager, Interim Head Nurse, Director of Pancaan Health Post, Health Post Manager. Deborah is a mother of two children and enjoys working and caring for children. Her passion of course is Nursing; caring and attending to those in need of health care. Currently, Deborah is assigned as a Caregiver and has been with the AAA Caregivers Team since December 2021.
Qualifications/Experience: First-year to third-year professional nursing at Bluefield’s Indian and Caribbean University, Bachelor of nursing with an emphasis in obstetrics and perinatology at UNAN- Managua, Master in sexual and reproductive health at the Universidad Nacional Autónomo de Nicaragua, First Aid /CPR trained
