AAA Caregivers Agency strives to provide reliable, professional care while ensuring fair scheduling for our clients and caregivers.
1. Babysitting Services
- Bookings cancelled more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the booked service.
- If the caregiver has already been dispatched or arrives at the service location, the full scheduled service fee may be charged.
- Group bookings and advance-paid bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
2. Home Care, Elderly Care and Personal Care Services
- Clients are requested to provide at least one (1) week’s notice for changes to regular schedules whenever possible.
- Requests for additional hours, standby services, or temporary schedule changes should be made as early as possible and, where applicable, no less than four (4) hours before the scheduled service.
- Permanent cancellation of ongoing services requires one (1) month’s written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Domestic Helper Services
- Permanent schedule changes should be requested with at least two (2) weeks’ written notice.
- Temporary schedule changes should be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance where reasonably possible.
- Requests remain subject to caregiver availability.
- Permanent cancellation of ongoing services requires one (1) month’s written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Agency Cancellation or Rescheduling
AAA reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Caregiver illness
- Severe weather
- Public emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
- Other unforeseen operational circumstances
Where possible, AAA will provide a qualified replacement caregiver or arrange an alternative service time.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Payment processing fees charged by financial institutions or payment processors may be non-refundable.
Services already provided are non-refundable.
6. Failure to Provide Required Notice
Failure to provide the required notice for cancellations or schedule changes may result in charges for the scheduled caregiver’s time and any applicable transportation or administrative costs.
