AAA provides professional:
Services are subject to caregiver availability and acceptance by the Agency.
Bookings may be made by telephone, email, or through our website.
Certain services require advance notice.
Emergency requests are accepted subject to staff availability.
Clients agree to:
Clients shall not request caregivers to perform unsafe, illegal, or unauthorized duties.
Invoices shall be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Accepted payment methods include:
Late payments may incur applicable late fees.
Returned payments or failed transactions remain the responsibility of the client.
Prices are subject to change without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Public holiday, overtime, transportation, and after-hours rates may apply.
AAA will make every reasonable effort to provide the requested caregiver.
Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute another qualified caregiver.
Working hours shall be agreed between the client and the Agency.
Additional hours are subject to availability.
Clients agree to maintain a respectful and harassment-free environment.
AAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where staff safety is threatened.
AAA respects client confidentiality.
Clients likewise agree not to disclose confidential information relating to Agency employees or operations.
All website content, logos, graphics, and materials remain the property of AAA Caregivers Agency / AAA Home Care Services.
No content may be copied without written permission.
Users agree not to:
AAA will exercise reasonable care in providing services.
To the fullest extent permitted by Cayman Islands law, AAA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
AAA shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government action, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Either party may terminate ongoing service arrangements in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Outstanding balances remain payable following termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
